Hi! I’m Shonta Rogers and I I teach busy, overwhelmed and understaffed Salon Owners how to find, attract and hire remarkable stylists for prosperous, long-term employment.
About me ~ I received my personal Aromatherapist, Cosmetology & Esthetics license in 1984, Worked behind the chair and in the Salon and Spa for 2.5 decades. ~ While working behind the chair I became a corporate recruiter and educator for the salon and spa industry then received an Instructor’s license in 2004 opened a beauty school and honed my hairdresser psychology skills for the next 10 years. Ever the student, I became a certified life coach for beauty professionals, then sold the school to pursue my passion of speaking, inspiring, educating and leading Salon and School Owners to win with effective training skills for the future beauty pro and salon development.
My experience led me to discover the best kept secrets to building strong, loyal relationships, creating influence and developing the business skills needed to grow a master recruiting program.
